Group Bookings (Foothill Paid Viewing Area)
We accept a limited number of group ticket purchases for the Foothill Paid Viewing Area from groups of 10 or more visiting Wakakusa Yamayaki, including hotels, tours organized by travel agencies, schools, companies and community groups.

- Entry check-in is at Nara Kasugano International Forum IRAKA, from 2:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
*Check-in is not available after 5:30 p.m. Please be sure to complete check-in by 5:30 p.m. - The Foothill Paid Viewing Area is on a natural slope (grass and soil), and viewing is standing only (no chairs provided). For your safety, please wear comfortable shoes such as sneakers and warm clothing.
- You may enter and leave the Foothill Paid Viewing Area freely.
- No temporary toilets are provided for this event. Please use public restrooms.
- Each ticket admits one accompanying child of elementary school age or younger free of charge (must be accompanied by a guardian).
- For safety reasons, freestanding tripods, stepladders and similar items are not permitted in the Foothill Paid Viewing Area.

Traffic restrictions will be in place around Nara Park on the day, and heavy crowds are expected. Please allow plenty of time.

How to Apply
STEP.01Apply via the Online Form
Enter your group name, contact person details, number of tickets, shipping address for the tickets and other information, then submit your application.
STEP.02Invoice Issued by the Secretariat
After reviewing your application, the secretariat will send you an invoice.
STEP.03Pay for the Tickets
Please pay by the method and due date stated on the invoice.
※ Bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the applicant.
STEP.04Tickets Sent After Payment Is Confirmed
Once the secretariat confirms your payment, the tickets will be sent to the address you specified.
FAQ
What is the minimum number of group tickets I can buy?
Purchases for groups of 10 or more are handled directly by the secretariat as “Group Advance Reservations” (¥2,000 per person), with payment by invoice and paper tickets mailed in advance.

Is there parking or a drop-off point for tour buses?
There is no dedicated tour bus parking, but passengers can board and alight at Nara Park Bus Terminal (please contact us in advance).
